£8 Blackcurrant & Liquorice Daiquiri A rich blackcurrant daiquiri with white and golden rum, cassis and just a hint of liquorice on the finish.

£8 Negroni Gin, sweet vermouth and Campari. Stirred for the right amount of time and finished with a twist of orange peel. A classic bartender’s favourite with complex bitter flavours. Not for those with a sweet tooth!
